Local grandma and grandson of Ronin student, I watched this WPPC newspaper posting and participated.
It was an interesting event.
I would like to come back if it is held again!
My grandson also flagged the flag a number of times and I wanted to fried flags if there were no stairs.
And my grandma said.

Three and four year old children were lined with flags lined up again and again.

Because it was raining, participants were about 30 people except staff, but I think that it was very good that we could pray peace of the world happily from the elderly to the children.
